At Online Surf Shop, we want you to be completely stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all unworn apparel and unused equipment. If your order doesn't fit or suit your style, follow our simple process below to start your return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
